Position Overview:
We are hiring locally in Northeast Wisconsin. As a Structured Cabling Technician, you’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot low-voltage systems (copper and fiber optic) for data, voice, AV, surveillance, and access control systems. You’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality installations while working in commercial settings across the U.S. and enjoying weekends at home.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and service low-voltage cabling systems (data, voice, video, and surveillance).

Terminate fiber optic and copper cables in commercial settings.

Conduct thorough testing of network cabling systems.
- Build and configure telecom equipment rooms according to plans.

Collaborate with other trades professionals to ensure seamless project completion.

Maintain organized and clean job sites.
- Safely operate tools, ladders, and MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms)
Skills & Experience:
-
5+ years’ relevant experience or BICSI certification.

Knowledge of TIA cabling standards.

Familiarity with Fluke testers and other telecom testing equipment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Visio, Bluebeam, or CAD software are a plus.

High School diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 40 pounds and work at heights

Clear background check and drug test

Willingness to travel 60-75% of the time.
